Repeal and savings All rules, orders and instructions corresponding to these rules and in force immediately before the commencement of these rules are hereby repealed: Provided that any order or appointment made or action taken under the rules, articles or instructions-So repealed shall be deemed to have been made taken or done under these rules.     |
