Orissa Non-Gazetted Veterinary Technical Service Rules, 1983 Part V Reservation 15. Reservation Reservation for members of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes for appointment to the service both by direct recruitment and by promotion shall be made in accordance with the principles laid down in the Orissa Reservation of Vacancies of Posts and Services (for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Act, 1975 and the rules framed there under.     |
