In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of the Rules / Regulations / Orders / Instructions; except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Governor of Odisha hereby makes the following rules regulating the method Iof recruitment and conditions of service of the persons appointed to the Odisha Sub-Ordinate Fodder Services, namely:-
