In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (vi)(d) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 25 of the Contract Labor (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules, 1971, the Chief Labor Commissioner (Central) New Delhi hereby specifies the standard of construction and maintenance of the Creches as under:-
