Report No. 58 Conclusion 8.34. Taking all the relevant circumstances into consideration, we are of the opinion that the existing provisions for the protection of the rights of the Government servants are on the whole adequate, and the creation of Special Service Courts is neither necessary nor desirable under the present conditions prevailing in India.    |
