h. Schedule: Guidelines

The Commission also recommends various guidelines to accompany the main body of the law, in the Schedule to the Bill. The guidelines discuss the following issues: factors to be taken into consideration when granting joint custody, determining the preference of a child, access to a child's records, parenting plan, grand-parenting time, mediation, visitation, decision making, and relocation.
