Report No. 258 21. Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to apply subject to certain modifications. - Save as otherwise provided under this Act, the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), as amended by section 22 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (49 of 1988) shall have effect in their application in relation to any proceeding in relation to an offence punishable under this Act.    |
