Offences to be included in this group.- In the result, the following offences will be included in the Chapter:- (1) Assisting India's enemies; (2) Infiltration for committing offences against national security; (3) Aiding escape of, rescuing or harbouring prisoner of war; (4) Public servant voluntarily allowing prisoner of war to escape; (5) Public servant negligently suffering prisoner of war to escape.    |
