Report No. 43 19. Attempting to seduce officer or member from duty.- Whoever attempts to seduce any officer or member of any of the armed forces from his allegiance or his duty shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.    |
