Report No. 43 Argentina.- Article 225-Anybody being in charge of a negotiation with a foreign nation on behalf of the Argentinian Government, who conducts such negotiation in a way prejudicial to the nation by deviating from any instructions given to him shall be punished by imprisonment or jailing from three to ten years.    |
