Report No. 42 117. Substitution of new section for section 304.- For section 304 of the Code, the following section shall be substituted, namely, 304. Punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.- Whoever commits culpable homicide not amounting to murder, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine. 118. Amendment of section 304A.- In section 304A of the Code, for the words, "two years", the words "five years" shall be substituted.    |
