Report No. 42 61. Substitution of new section for section 160.- For section 160 of the Code, the following section shall be substituted, namely.- "160. Punishment for committing affray.- Whoever commits an affray, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine, or with both."    |
