Report No. 13 Section 200A.- After section 200 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely:- "200A. Effect of ratification of contract in respect of past breaches. The ratification of a contract does not give the person who ratifies it a right of action in respect of any breach thereof committed before its ratification".    |
