Amendment of section 14.- In section 14 of the principal Act in Illustration (h), for the words, "The fact that public notice of the loss of the property had been given in the place where A was," the following words shall be substituted, namely:- "The fact that public notice of the loss of the property had been given in the place where A was and in such a manner that A knew or probably might have known of it."    |
