Report No. 185 68. Amendment of section 119.- In section 119 of the principal Act, the following Explanation shall be inserted at the end, namely:- "Explanation.- The interpretation of the signs of a person unable to speak, by an expert, shall be treated as oral evidence of the person who made the signs."    |
