Report No. 185 39. Amendment of section 63.- In section 63 of the principal Act- (a) in the opening portion, for the words "Secondary evidence means and includes" the words "Secondary evidence includes" shall be substituted; (b) in clause (3) for the words "made from or compared" the words "made from and compared" shall be substituted; (c) in clause (5) for the words "given by some person who has himself seen it" the words "given by some person who has himself read it" shall be substituted.    |
