Report No. 246 Transitory Provision 76. The Commission has proposed to insert the new section 85-A to the Act, to clarify the scope of operation of each of the amendments with respect to pending arbitrations/proceedings. As a general rule, the amendments will operate prospectively, except in certain cases as set out in section 85-A or otherwise set out in the amendment itself.    |
