Report No. 10 77. Penalty for destroying trenches etc.- Whoever wilfully fills up, destroys, damages or displaces any trench or mark made under section 4 shal be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or both.
