101. Section 33.-

Section 33, which deals with the investment of money deposited in other cases, has also been retained with the addition of a new sub­section to the effect that the Court may pay any such money to the person entitled to it if the cause for which the money was deposited has ceased to exist provided there is no other legal impediment to such payment.
