Place of hearing.- Except for reasons to be recorded in writing, no revenue officer shall inquire into or hear any case at any place outside the local limits of his jurisdiction: Provided that a sub-divisional officer may inquire into or hear any case at the headquarters of the district to which he is appointed.    |
