The Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, 1987 26. Protection of action taken under this Act.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or State Government or any other authority on whom powers have been conferred under this Act or any rules made thereunder, for anything which is in good faith done or purported to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder or any order issued under any such rule.    |
