The Telecommunications Act, 2023 55. Rights in Continental Shelf and Exclusive Economic Zone.- The privilege of the Central Government to grant authorisations or assignment under this Act in the Continental Shelf and the Exclusive Economic Zone of India and the rights of an authorised entity or assignee, as the case may be, shall be subject to the Territorial Waters, Continental Shelf, Exclusive Economic Zone and other Maritime Zones Act, 1976 (80 of 1976), and applicable international laws as accepted and ratified by India.    |
