The Telecommunications Act, 2023 13. Non- discriminatory and non- exclusive grant of right of way.- Any person providing right of way under section 11 or section 12, shall ensure grant of right of way to the facility providers in a non-discriminatory manner and, as far as practicable, on a non-exclusive basis.    |
