Weight or measure of the first category not to be sold or used in any State unless it is stamped in the transferor State.- No weight or measure of the first category shall be used, sold, purchased, delivered or otherwise transferred in any transferee State unless such weight or measure bears thereon the stamp made with the special seal referred to in sub-section (3) of See. 41.    |
