The South Asian University Act, 2008 11. Officers of University.- (1) There shall be a President of the University, and such other officers appointed in such manner as may be prescribed, who shall exercise such powers and functions as may be prescribed. (2) The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the University.    |
