The Small Industries Development Bank of India Act, 1989 4. Authorised capital 1. The authorised capital of the Small Industries Bank shall be two hundred and fifty crores of rupees: Provided that the Development Bank may increase the said capital up to one thousand crores of rupees. 1. 2. The issued capital of the Small Industries Bank shall be wholly subscribed by the Development Bank.    |
