The Small Industries Development Bank of India Act, 1989 12. Committees 1. The Board may constitute such committees whether consisting wholly of Directors or wholly of other persons or partly of Directors and partly of other persons for such purposes as it may think fit. 2. The members of a committee shall be paid such fees and allowances as may be determined by the Board for attending the meetings of any committee constituted under sub-section (1) and for attending to any other work of the Small Industries Bank.    |
