Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 27.Delegation of powers.- The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that any power execrable by it under this Act (except the power to make rules under section 30) or the rules made thereunder shall, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the direction, be execrable also by such officer or authority subordinate to the State Government as may be specified in the direction.    |
