The Recycling of Ships Act, 2019 30. Act not to apply to certain ships.- The provisions of this Act shall not apply to such category of Indian ships, as the Central Government may, from time to time, by notification specify: Provided that such ships shall be required to act in such manner as may be prescribed.    |
