The Recycling of Ships Act, 2019 Chapter II Authorities Under The Act 3. Designation of National Authority.- The Central Government shall, by notification, designate an officer not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the Government of India as the National Authority, which shall administer, supervise and monitor all activities relating to ship recycling under this Act.    |
