The Recycling of Ships Act, 2019 Chapter VI Reporting Requirements 23. Statement of completion.- When a ship is recycled in accordance with the provisions of this Act, a statement of completion containing such particulars as may be specified by the regulations shall be submitted by the Ship Recycler to the Competent Authority.    |
