Indemnity. - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person who is, or who is deemed to be, a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860. ) in respect of anything in good faith good or intended to be done under this Act.    |
