Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 31. Omission of certain sections of Act 45 of 1860 Sections 161 to 165A (both inclusive) of the Indian Penal Code shall be omitted, and section 6 of the General Clauses Act, 1897, shall apply to such omission as if the said sections had been repealed by a Central Act.    |
