23.Protection of action taken in good faith.-
(1) No suit or other legal proceeding shall
lie against the council or any member thereof or any person acting under the
direction of the council in respect of anything which is in good faith done
intended to be done under this act.
(2) No suit other legal proceeding shall lie
against any newspaper in respect of the publication of any matter therein under
the authority of the council.
