Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administration or the Press Registrar General or any officer or employee authorised by the Press Registrar General, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.    |
