93. Certain persons exempt from arrest by Court.-
The President 4 *** the Governors of 1[Madras] 2[Bombay and 3[West Bengal]], 4*** 5*** and the Chief Justice and Judges of the High Courts 6***, shall not be liable to arrest by order of the Small Cause Court.
