6. Appeals.- (1) Any person aggrieved by an order or decree of the Prize Court may prefer an appeal to the Central Government within a period of ninety days from the date on which such order or decree has been made. (2) The provisions of sections 5 and 12 of the Limitation Act, 1963 (36 of 1963), shall so far as may be, apply for computation of the period specified in sub-section (1).    |
