435N. Registration of alteration.- When an Indian fishing boat is so altered us not to correspond with the particulars relating to her entered in the certificate of registry, the owner of such fishing boat shall make a report of such alterations to the registrar of the port or place where the fishing boat is registered, and the registrar shall either cause the alterations to be registered, or direct that the fishing boat may be registered anew, in accordance with such rules as may be made in this behalf.    |
