356V. Record of anti-fouling systems.- (1) Every ship to which this Part applies shall maintain, a record of anti-fouling systems in the prescribed form. (2) The manner, in which the record of anti-fouling systems to be maintained shall be prescribed having regard to the provisions of the Convention and this Part.    |
