14. Treatment of outpatients.- Provision shall be made in every psychiatric hospital or psychiatric nursing home for such facilities as may be prescribed for the treatment of every mentally ill person, whose condition does not warrant his admission as an inpatient or who, for the time being, is not undergoing treatment as inpatient.    |
