The Mediation Act, 2023 57. Transitory provision.- The rules in force governing the conduct of court-annexed mediation shall continue to apply until regulations are made under sub-section (1) of section 15: Provided that the rules shall continue to apply in all court-annexed mediation pending as on the date of coming into force of the regulations.    |
