200. Indemnity. No suit shall be maintainable against Nagar Panchayat or Council or any of its committees, or any officer or employee, or any person acting under or in accordance with, the direction of the Nagar Panchayat or of the Council or any of its committees or any municipal officer or servant, in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or under any rule or bye-lawmade thereunder.    |
