114. Penalty for setting up wharves, quays, etc., without permission.- Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 46 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to 5[ten thousand rupees] for the first contravention, and with a further fine which may extend to 6[one thousand rupees] for every day after the first during which the contravention continues.    |
