The Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 76. Transitional provision.- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Board of Trustees functioning as such immediately before the commencement of this Act shall continue to so function until the Board for each Major Port is constituted under this Act, but on the constitution of such Board, under this Act, the Members of the Board of Trustees holding office before such constitution shall cease to hold office.    |
