The Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 41. Existing loans and securities to continue.- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, all loans raised or borrowed and all securities issued or pledged in relation to a Major Port prior to the commencement of this Act shall continue to be governed in accordance with the provisions of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963).    |
