The Legal Metrology Act, 2009 29. Penalty for quoting or publishing, etc., of non-standard units. - Whoever violates section 11 shall be punished with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees and, for the second or subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.    |
