LXIII. Commencement of winding-up of Company defined.-
The winding-up shall, if the Company is wound-up by the Court, be deemed to commence at the time of the presentation of such petition as is hereinafter required to be presented to the Court; and, if the Company is wound-up voluntarily, be deemed to commence at the time of the passing of the resolution authorizing such winding-up.
