The Joint-stock Companies Act, 1857 LII. Report of Inspectors to be evidence.- A copy of the report of any Inspectors appointed under this Act, authenticated by the seal of the Company into whose affairs they have made inspection, shall without further proof be admissible as evidence of the report in any legal proceeding.    |
