Deeds

XLVI. Execution of deeds.-

Any Company registered under this Act may, by instrument or writing under their common seal, empower any person either generally or in respect of any specified matters, as their attorney, to execute deeds on their behalf in any place; and every deed signed by such attorney, on behalf of the Company, and under his seal, shall be binding on the Company to the same extent as if it were under the common seal of the Company.
