The Joint-stock Companies Act, 1857 XXXVIII. Power of Company to alter regulations by special resolution.- Any Company registered under this Act may in general meeting, from time to time, by such special resolution as is hereinafter mentioned, alter and make new provisions in lieu of or in addition to any regulations of the Company contained in the Articles of Association or the Table marked B in the Schedule.    |
